Job Description
- To supervise and oversee the daily operation of Marketing Department.Lead and manage a team in various marketing areas (event & promotion, advertising, public relation & market research) that supports the overall marketing execution. -Work closely with other departments especially the Sales Department with the common interest.-Develop and implement marketing strategies / business plans for the company in line with the company objectives.-Conduct research and analyse the market, including competitors and consumers for current and future market or demand, to ensure marketing activities are on track with the company’s strategy.-Plan, justify and track budget for marketing initiatives; to plan and manage resources within the greater ROI to be justified to the management.Monitor the creation and publication of all marketing materials in line with the marketing plans and to report on effectiveness of marketing communications.-Evaluate and enhance current marketing programs by recommending innovative marketing proposal to the Management to attract each market segment.-Lead marketing team in organize, participate local and international event to promote company product and branding.-Perform any ad-hoc project assigned by the Management
